Introduction

Use these guides to complete tasks in Kantoku. Start with the product you use, follow its numbered instructions, and check the expected outcome. General covers access, security, and support; the product guides explain the screens and workflows for your work.

Start with your invitation or the sign-in link provided by your organization. The product guides below explain the workflows available in each application.

Get started

1. Choose the product guide below for the task you need to complete.
2. Follow your invitation or sign-in link to open your workspace.
3. Open the relevant getting-started guide, then follow the feature guide for your task.
4. Check the result described under Expected outcome. If the expected page or action is missing, check your access with your organization’s administrator.

Asset Intelligence

Use Asset Intelligence to monitor authorized domains and public IP addresses, inspect their observed web and network surfaces, investigate events and findings, and share reports.

Sign in at app.kantoku.io, then follow Navigation and access. Continue with Add and organize assets when you are ready to define monitoring scope. The Asset Intelligence user guide lists the remaining tasks, including MCP connections.

Superviso

Use Superviso to operate your organization’s security program: assigned work, policies, identity and access, information assets, controls and evidence, risks, and third-party oversight. Free Policy Templates can provide starting points for documents you adapt and govern in Superviso.

Open the Superviso address provided by your organization and follow Sign in for the first time. Start with My Workspace for assigned work, or browse the Superviso user guide for program-area tasks.

Core Capabilities

Asset Intelligence provides external observations and evidence about monitored assets. Superviso manages your organization’s security-program records, responsibilities, assessments, and approvals. Use the guide for the application in which you are working; a finding assessment and a program approval have different workflows and outcomes.

Trust Center will be available soon. It is planned to provide a controlled customer-facing assurance experience using maintained security-program information, supporting documents, and structured requests.

Security and Data Handling

In the Kantoku application, My Account → Browser Sessions shows your successful and failed sign-in activity, including the authentication method, status, client, IP address, time, and available country and network context for public IPs. After a first known login country has been established, a later successful sign-in from a previously unseen country sends a security email. Review unfamiliar activity and contact your organization’s administrator.

Superviso has its own account screens and organization sign-in policies. Follow My Account to review preferences, available security controls, sessions, and authentication logs. An organization’s SSO policy can limit local password or two-factor controls.

Guide screenshots use fictional records or anonymized identifiers. Use your organization’s real workspace and authorized targets when following the steps; example domains, addresses, and tokens are illustrations.
