Platform Superviso

Release 2026.10

Clearer Superviso environment setup, custom domains and sign-in controls, stronger document governance, and improved everyday workflows.

Superviso

October makes environment setup easier to follow and gives organizations more control over access, document governance, connected identities, and daily work.

  • Improved environment creation in Kantoku with domain availability feedback, first-administrator setup emails, live provisioning steps, clearer failure details, and retries for recoverable setup failures. Environment lists show organization usage and configured limits.
  • Added managed custom domains with provisioning and certificate status. Environment details expose current domain settings and tenant-wide IP allowlists, with network restrictions applied consistently to both default and custom hostnames.
  • Added domain-based SSO enforcement for enabled providers and an optional organization-wide SSO-only policy. Sign-in, password reset, account security, and welcome emails follow the effective policy, with clearer administrator recovery guidance.
  • Unified My Workspace Tasks and activity digest emails around the same pending work, including evidence periods, document reviews, risk decisions, and third-party follow-ups. Digests are sent only when there are open tasks.
  • Strengthened document governance with individual translation review sign-offs before version review or approval, version-scoped translation management, and publication restricted to authorized document stakeholders. Draft version numbers and revision notes remain editable before review.
  • Improved document reading, language selection, acknowledgement history, and legacy acknowledgement imports. Imports preserve original dates and identify estimated acceptance dates explicitly; imported history does not replace acknowledgement of each new published version.
  • Added separate controls for synchronizing identities and privileges, with manual testing before enabling scheduled identity synchronization. Directory updates also handle user departures and returns more consistently, with safeguards against archiving users after incomplete or failed synchronization.
  • Clarified risk-response revision and approval workflows with return reasons, assessor withdrawal while approval is pending, linked resubmissions, and retained owner decisions without rewriting completed assessments.
  • Expanded French Canadian coverage across onboarding, workspace pages, document workflows, connector settings, and notification emails. Emails follow recipient language preferences and use the configured custom domain when available; SendGrid integrations also support European Union regional delivery endpoints.
  • Improved save navigation, activity-history filtering and pagination, and evidence-period workflows.
